description: on the top margin, Anarchy's mysterious unknown leader is approached by his assistant and told that cigarette sales are at an all time low. Hence, the ads to combat this are shown below. It pretty much makes fun of how cigarette companies target youth, how they target hillbilly cowboy wannabes, and people who start smoking to improve their image (oh wait, that's every one of them.) Below this, it shows Anarchy's response to Chode's offer. They neglected and the papers made it look like a lot meaner of a rejection than it really was. Will this lead to future conflicts? I DUNNO!!!!

since the last 2 cigarette ads don't show up very well, I'll write them here:
Cowboy Cigarettes: Get up, chase some cows, inbreed some dogs, then go home and pork your wife. All in a days work for a Cowboy. Relive it with Cowboy Cigarettes	Coolguy Cigarettes: It's night and it's raining. There you are standing up against a light-pole with a leather jacket on, smacking a pack of Coolguy Cigarettes against your palm. You're cool and you know it. Now it's time to show up somewhere unexpectedly!
